Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, email, phone number, property address, roofing preferences, roof measurements, quote details, chat questions, appointment selections, and contract requests. We may also collect basic device and browser information and advertising attribution values such as UTM parameters or ad click identifiers.

How we use information

We use this information to verify properties, prepare roofing quotes, answer roofing questions, contact you about your request, schedule consultations, prepare and deliver agreements, provide service, prevent misuse, improve the website, and understand advertising performance.

Our first-party website analytics use a random identifier stored only in the current browser tab. We record only approved public-page labels, broad traffic-source and device categories, whether a campaign tag was present, and progress through the quote journey. We do not include raw campaign names, referral domains, contact details, property addresses, or chat content in these analytics. The browser retries an event until our server accepts responsibility for delivery; a pending event may then remain temporarily in a protected server-side delivery queue. Delivered queue copies are removed after 30 days; unsuccessful customer-request handoffs follow the same limit, and unresolved analytics deliveries are removed within 25 months. The analytics records themselves, including the tab-scoped identifier, may be retained for up to 25 months so HKL Roofing can compare reporting periods.

To prevent duplicate calendar bookings when a provider response is interrupted, we may temporarily retain a booking-confirmation record containing the appointment request and its delivery status. Completed and unsuccessful confirmation records are removed after 30 days.

Service providers

We may share information with providers that help us operate this quote service, including Google property and imagery services, HighLevel customer relationship management, calendar, and contract services, hosting and security providers, analytics and advertising platforms, and an AI service used to answer roofing questions when configured. These providers process information to deliver services to HKL Roofing. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Calls, texts, and email

If you provide consent, HKL Roofing may call, text, or email you about your roofing request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to a text to opt out of future texts.

Choices and contact

You may ask HKL Roofing to correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact HKL Roofing using the contact information included with your quote or other HKL Roofing communications.
